When dissolved in organic carriers, it rapidly wets pigments during grinding, cutting mill base viscosity, refining pigment particle size and lifting milling efficiency. This product facilitates high pigment loading for high-solid formulations, greatly improving color development, tinting strength, film transparency, surface gloss and black jetness. Its bio-based raw material composition offers eco-friendly advantages. Furthermore, it effectively suppresses pigment flocculation to maintain outstanding dispersion performance and long-term stability for finished coatings and inks. KBS-24000 is comparable to Solsperse 24000 in terms of performance and dispersing efficiency.

Overdosage will impair film hardness, adhesion and cause haze. Insufficient dosage leads to pigment flocculation, high mill base viscosity and weak color strength. A dosage gradient test is suggested to confirm the optimal level. The above data are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.
Processing Instructions
l Add the powder to the mixture of grinding solvent and grinding resin, and stir at low speed.
l Moderate heating to 50–60°C can accelerate complete dissolution.
l Proceed to the next step only after the system turns clear and free of particles.

Warehousing and Storage
l Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse below 35°C.
